# DD Zone vs Aroma360®

The clearest difference is rating: Aroma360® at 4.6 against DD Zone's 4.0. Aroma360® also leads on ratings volume (138 vs 4) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). DD Zone's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Aroma360® holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aroma360® has 138 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of DD Zone's written reviews are positive against 75% of Aroma360®'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DD Zone ships an update every 2 weeks, Aroma360® every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
