# CMX Cinemas vs Kloü

The clearest difference is rating: CMX Cinemas at 4.8 against Kloü's 3.4. CMX Cinemas also leads on ratings volume (7K vs 5). Kloü's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 18%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CMX Cinemas holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CMX Cinemas has 7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of CMX Cinemas's written reviews are positive against 50% of Kloü's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CMX Cinemas ships an update every 5 weeks, Kloü every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
