# AdBlox VPN vs PremierVPN

The clearest difference is rating: PremierVPN at 5.0 against AdBlox VPN's 3.1. AdBlox VPN's advantage is ratings volume (114 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AdBlox VPN sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $8.49 per 7 days and PremierVPN sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PremierVPN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AdBlox VPN has 114 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of AdBlox VPN's written reviews are positive against 78% of PremierVPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AdBlox VPN ships an update weekly, PremierVPN every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
