# Dash vs MeteoPace

The clearest difference is rating: MeteoPace at 3.9 against Dash's 3.4. MeteoPace also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dash sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and MeteoPace sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MeteoPace holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Dash's written reviews are positive against 57% of MeteoPace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dash ships an update weekly, MeteoPace every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
