# Hero Sheep vs Brush Master

The clearest difference is rating: Brush Master at 4.6 against Hero Sheep's 3.8. Brush Master also leads on ratings volume (101 vs 14) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Hero Sheep's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (14% vs 0%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hero Sheep sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Brush Master sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Brush Master holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brush Master has 101 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Hero Sheep's written reviews are positive against 0% of Brush Master's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
