The clearest difference is ads: BiteSafe at none against Allergy Plus by Pollen.com's shown. BiteSafe also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Allergy Plus by Pollen.com's advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.5). Both are free to download. Allergy Plus by Pollen.com sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and BiteSafe sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
