# Posh vs BuzzPass

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BuzzPass at 93% against Posh's 49%. BuzzPass also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Posh's advantage is ratings volume (59K vs 87) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Posh holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Posh has 59K ratings behind it against 87, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Posh's written reviews are positive against 93% of BuzzPass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Posh ships an update fortnightly, BuzzPass every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
