# AWS CLF vs AWS SAA

The clearest difference is ads: AWS SAA at none against AWS CLF's shown. AWS CLF's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AWS CLF sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and AWS SAA sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AWS CLF ships an update every 2 weeks, AWS SAA every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
