# WaterPlantly vs Flower Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flower Notes at every 3 weeks against WaterPlantly's every 2 months. WaterPlantly's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WaterPlantly sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.49 per month and Flower Notes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
