# DOT AND vs Azure Community

The clearest difference is rating: Azure Community at 3.6 against DOT AND's 1.0. Azure Community also leads on ratings volume (17 vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). DOT AND's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Azure Community holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Azure Community has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DOT AND ships an update fortnightly, Azure Community every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
