# Parallel Space vs Temp Mail

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Temp Mail at 77% against Parallel Space's 2%. Temp Mail also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.8) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Parallel Space's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Parallel Space sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Temp Mail sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Temp Mail holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Temp Mail has 2.5K ratings behind it against 118, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 2% of Parallel Space's written reviews are positive against 77% of Temp Mail's.

Parallel Space ships an update every 2 days, Temp Mail every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
