# Lifeway On Demand vs PRMBC

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lifeway On Demand at every 2 weeks against PRMBC's every 4 months. Lifeway On Demand also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 1). PRMBC's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PRMBC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lifeway On Demand has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Lifeway On Demand ships an update every 2 weeks, PRMBC every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
