# Wi vs RipGuard

The clearest difference is rating: RipGuard at 5.0 against Wi's 3.5. Wi's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (93 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RipGuard sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Wi asks for nothing beyond the download.
