# Fontise. vs Font Maker

The clearest difference is rating: Font Maker at 4.1 against Fontise.'s 1.0. Font Maker also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (2.1K vs 1). Fontise.'s advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 28%) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fontise. sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Font Maker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Font Maker holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Font Maker has 2.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Fontise.'s written reviews are positive against 28% of Font Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
