# Since vs SitzProbe

The clearest difference is rating: SitzProbe at 5.0 against Since's 4.5. SitzProbe also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Since's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (54 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Since sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SitzProbe sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SitzProbe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Since has 54 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Since ships an update fortnightly, SitzProbe every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
