# BeeBus vs PortalLink

The clearest difference is update cadence: PortalLink at every 3 days against BeeBus's fortnightly. BeeBus's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BeeBus ships an update fortnightly, PortalLink every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
