# TricepMail vs PacketMessage

The clearest difference is update cadence: PacketMessage at weekly against TricepMail's every 2 weeks. TricepMail's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TricepMail sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and PacketMessage sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TricepMail ships an update every 2 weeks, PacketMessage weekly. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
