# IFS Guide vs HerbAI

The clearest difference is ratings volume: IFS Guide at 824 against HerbAI's 2. HerbAI's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IFS Guide sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and HerbAI sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HerbAI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IFS Guide has 824 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IFS Guide ships an update fortnightly, HerbAI every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
