# Follow vs NinoPad

The clearest difference is rating: NinoPad at 5.0 against Follow's 4.4. NinoPad also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 6 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Follow's advantage is ratings volume (34 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Follow sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and NinoPad sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NinoPad holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Follow has 34 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Follow ships an update every 6 months, NinoPad every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
