# Teleprompter vs FlowPrompter

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FlowPrompter at 100% against Teleprompter's 31%. FlowPrompter also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Teleprompter's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teleprompter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and FlowPrompter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.90 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Teleprompter holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Teleprompter has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Teleprompter's written reviews are positive against 100% of FlowPrompter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Teleprompter ships an update every 3 weeks, FlowPrompter weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
