# Teleprompter vs Teleprompter

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Teleprompter at 31% against Teleprompter's 0%. Teleprompter also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and device support (5 vs 2). Teleprompter's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teleprompter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Teleprompter sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Teleprompter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Teleprompter has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Teleprompter's written reviews are positive against 0% of Teleprompter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Teleprompter ships an update every 3 weeks, Teleprompter weekly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
