# Teleprompter vs Dusk

The clearest difference is ads: Dusk at none against Teleprompter's shown. Teleprompter's advantage is device support (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.2). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teleprompter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Dusk sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Teleprompter ships an update every 3 weeks, Dusk fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
