# Focus Traveller vs AnjiCard

Focus Traveller and AnjiCard both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of Focus Traveller's written reviews are positive against 47% of AnjiCard's. Focus Traveller also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (4.1K vs 757). AnjiCard's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Traveller sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and AnjiCard sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Traveller holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Focus Traveller has 4.1K ratings behind it against 757, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of Focus Traveller's written reviews are positive against 47% of AnjiCard's.

Focus Traveller ships an update every 6 weeks, AnjiCard every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 7, 2026.
