# Focus Traveller vs Snitch

The clearest difference is rating: Focus Traveller at 4.9 against Snitch's 4.1. Focus Traveller also leads on ratings volume (3.9K vs 53) and review sentiment (86% vs 67%). Snitch's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Traveller sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Snitch sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Traveller holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Focus Traveller has 3.9K ratings behind it against 53, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of Focus Traveller's written reviews are positive against 67% of Snitch's.

Focus Traveller ships an update every 2 months, Snitch every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
