# TouchRoute vs Classic Repeater

The clearest difference is rating: Classic Repeater at 5.0 against TouchRoute's 4.6. TouchRoute's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TouchRoute sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Classic Repeater sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Classic Repeater holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TouchRoute has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TouchRoute ships an update every 4 months, Classic Repeater every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
