# Maxcio vs LinknLink

The clearest difference is rating: Maxcio at 4.7 against LinknLink's 3.2. Maxcio also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.5). LinknLink's advantage is review sentiment (42% vs 15%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LinknLink sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year. Maxcio asks for nothing beyond the download.

Maxcio holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 59 and 44 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of Maxcio's written reviews are positive against 42% of LinknLink's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
