# Window Seat Pro vs FlyingOver

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FlyingOver at 100% against Window Seat Pro's 50%. FlyingOver also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 3). Window Seat Pro's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.8) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Window Seat Pro sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and FlyingOver sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Window Seat Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Window Seat Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of FlyingOver's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Window Seat Pro ships an update every 8 months, FlyingOver every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
