# zarathx vs Loopsy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Loopsy at 100% against zarathx's 25%. Loopsy also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5). zarathx's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.0) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. zarathx sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Loopsy asks for nothing beyond the download.

zarathx holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of zarathx's written reviews are positive against 100% of Loopsy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

zarathx ships an update every 2 months, Loopsy monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
