# ReStretch vs The Flex

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ReStretch at 80% against The Flex's 43%. ReStretch also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). The Flex's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (33 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ReStretch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Flex has 33 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
