# Hypnosis vs Bliss

The clearest difference is rating: Bliss at 5.0 against Hypnosis's 3.7. Bliss also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Hypnosis's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and ratings volume (7 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hypnosis sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Bliss sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bliss holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Hypnosis's written reviews are positive against 67% of Bliss's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hypnosis ships an update every 3 weeks, Bliss weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
