The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ACTS KIOSK at none against SendHype's 5. ACTS KIOSK also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and device support (3 vs 1). SendHype's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SendHype sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. ACTS KIOSK asks for nothing beyond the download.
