# Church Directory App vs Navigators Discipleship

The clearest difference is rating: Navigators Discipleship at 4.4 against Church Directory App's 4.0. Navigators Discipleship also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (40 vs 8). Church Directory App's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 33%). Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Navigators Discipleship holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Navigators Discipleship has 40 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Church Directory App's written reviews are positive against 33% of Navigators Discipleship's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
