# MASN vs ScrambleScoring

The clearest difference is rating: ScrambleScoring at 5.0 against MASN's 1.8. ScrambleScoring also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). MASN's advantage is ratings volume (97 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MASN sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. ScrambleScoring asks for nothing beyond the download.

ScrambleScoring holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MASN has 97 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MASN ships an update every 3 months, ScrambleScoring every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
