# HaWoFit vs LT Watch

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HaWoFit at 36% against LT Watch's 12%. HaWoFit also leads on ratings volume (55 vs 6). LT Watch's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LT Watch holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HaWoFit has 55 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of HaWoFit's written reviews are positive against 12% of LT Watch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HaWoFit ships an update every 4 weeks, LT Watch every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
