# Мind Sеt vs Online Shield

The clearest difference is rating: Online Shield at 4.5 against Мind Sеt's 3.7. Online Shield also leads on ratings volume (8K vs 16) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). Мind Sеt's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Мind Sеt sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Online Shield sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Online Shield holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Online Shield has 8K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 40% of Мind Sеt's written reviews are positive against 55% of Online Shield's.

Мind Sеt ships an update every 6 weeks, Online Shield fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
