# Wall Crawler! vs Charlie's Run

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Charlie's Run at 100% against Wall Crawler!'s 56%. Charlie's Run also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Wall Crawler!'s advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 4) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wall Crawler! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Charlie's Run sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wall Crawler! holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wall Crawler! has 14K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Wall Crawler!'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Charlie's Run's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wall Crawler! ships an update monthly, Charlie's Run every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
