# SimpleHelp Remote Support vs Brother Pro Label Tool

The clearest difference is rating: Brother Pro Label Tool at 4.5 against SimpleHelp Remote Support's 2.2. Brother Pro Label Tool also leads on ratings volume (293 vs 6). SimpleHelp Remote Support's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 31%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Brother Pro Label Tool holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brother Pro Label Tool has 293 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of SimpleHelp Remote Support's written reviews are positive against 31% of Brother Pro Label Tool's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
