# Moasure vs Chippy Tools The clearest difference is rating: Chippy Tools at 4.5 against Moasure's 4.0. Chippy Tools also leads on ratings volume (905 vs 126). Moasure's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (72% vs 55%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them. Both are free to download. Chippy Tools sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Moasure asks for nothing beyond the download. Chippy Tools holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chippy Tools has 905 ratings behind it against 126, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Moasure's written reviews are positive against 55% of Chippy Tools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
