# TimeTick vs Weekly Diary

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Weekly Diary at none against TimeTick's 1. TimeTick's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 10 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeTick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Weekly Diary asks for nothing beyond the download.

TimeTick ships an update every 3 weeks, Weekly Diary every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
