# Da Capo vs Tailored Pics

The clearest difference is ads: Da Capo at none against Tailored Pics's shown. Da Capo also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.0). Tailored Pics's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Da Capo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.49 per month and Tailored Pics sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Da Capo against 5.0 for Tailored Pics. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tailored Pics has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Da Capo ships an update every 2 weeks, Tailored Pics every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
