# Seltravision vs PropTechTools

The clearest difference is update cadence: PropTechTools at every 10 days against Seltravision's every 4 months. Seltravision's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Seltravision ships an update every 4 months, PropTechTools every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
