# Activity Scheduler vs Kairos

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Kairos at 100% against Activity Scheduler's 56%. Kairos also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months). Activity Scheduler's advantage is ratings volume (25 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Activity Scheduler sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Kairos sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kairos holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Activity Scheduler has 25 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 56% of Activity Scheduler's written reviews are positive against 100% of Kairos's.

Activity Scheduler ships an update every 3 months, Kairos every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
