# Vinegar Syndrome vs Anderapp

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Vinegar Syndrome at 1.3K against Anderapp's 84. Vinegar Syndrome also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Vinegar Syndrome against 4.9 for Anderapp. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vinegar Syndrome has 1.3K ratings behind it against 84, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of Vinegar Syndrome's written reviews are positive against 86% of Anderapp's.

Vinegar Syndrome ships an update monthly, Anderapp every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
