# Tic Tac Taco vs Sbarro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sbarro at fortnightly against Tic Tac Taco's every 6 months. Sbarro also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 5). Tic Tac Taco's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tic Tac Taco holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sbarro has 1.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tic Tac Taco ships an update every 6 months, Sbarro fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
