# Doll Designer vs Save the Cute

The clearest difference is update cadence: Save the Cute at every 3 days against Doll Designer's every 2 months. Save the Cute also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). Doll Designer's advantage is ratings volume (54K vs 17). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Doll Designer sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Save the Cute sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Save the Cute holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Doll Designer has 54K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Doll Designer ships an update every 2 months, Save the Cute every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
