# Doll Designer vs Pallawan

The clearest difference is ads: Pallawan at none against Doll Designer's shown. Pallawan also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). Doll Designer's advantage is ratings volume (54K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Doll Designer sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Pallawan sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pallawan holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Doll Designer has 54K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Doll Designer ships an update every 2 months, Pallawan every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
