# Doll Designer vs Herzog

The clearest difference is ads: Herzog at none against Doll Designer's shown. Herzog also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Doll Designer sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Herzog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Doll Designer ships an update every 2 months, Herzog every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
