# NOIR vs Velop

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: NOIR at 16.0 against Velop's 26.2. On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NOIR sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Velop sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
