# Meteor vs Notification Notes

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Notification Notes at 15.1 against Meteor's 18.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Meteor sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Notification Notes sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Meteor ships an update weekly, Notification Notes fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
