# Stopmotion Animation Studio vs Dailyx

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Dailyx at 100% against Stopmotion Animation Studio's 39%. Dailyx also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks). Stopmotion Animation Studio's advantage is rating (3.9 vs 3.3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stopmotion Animation Studio sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Dailyx sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stopmotion Animation Studio holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stopmotion Animation Studio has 389 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Stopmotion Animation Studio's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dailyx's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stopmotion Animation Studio ships an update every 4 weeks, Dailyx weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
